The other benefit to wrapping is that once you take the cap off and comb the hair down, you don't have to reflatiron your hair, which means less damage! </p> <p>Now to the down side of wrapping. Did you know that if you continously wrap you hair in the same direction, and do it too tightly it can cause your hair to break over time? Well this is very true because I have seen it happen to a few of my clients, whom I've asked if they always wrap their hair, because I had noticed some breakage along the left side of the nape of their heads. It is important that if you are going to wrap your hair to make sure that it is not soo tight that it gives you a headache, and cause the hair around your temple area to fall out from too much tension. Also try changing the direction you wrap your hair, so that the other side gets a break.
